Innihald, verð og samhæfi

Handoff Kit v1.0 er ZIP-pakki á ensku með sjö skrám: HTML-ritli sem virkar án nettengingar, START-HERE-leiðbeiningum, breytanlegu JSON-dæmi, HTML-afhendingardæmi og þremur PDF-leiðbeiningum/vinnublöðum. Verð er 19 Bandaríkjadalir í eingreiðslu, auk viðeigandi skatta. Creem sýnir endanlegt heildarverð fyrir greiðslu. Engin áskrift eða sjálfvirk endurnýjun fylgir.

Pakkinn hefur verið prófaður í Chrome á macOS-tölvu. Aðrir vafrar, stýrikerfi og símanotkun hafa ekki verið sannreynd. Ekki þarf sérstakan NexoItec-reikning til að nota ritilinn. Pakkinn er vinnuskipulagsverkfæri, ekki samningur, bókhaldskerfi eða skráahýsing.

Afhending og vistun

Eftir staðfesta greiðslu sendir Creem kvittun og tengil á pöntunina á netfang kaupanda. Þar má sækja ZIP-skrána. Afþjappaðu henni og opnaðu START-HERE.html. Vistaðu breytanleg verkefni með vistunaraðgerð ritilsins og haltu eigin afritum; engin sjálfvirk skýjavistun fylgir. Ef póstur eða niðurhal skilar sér ekki skaltu athuga ruslpóst og hafa samband við hello@nexoitec.com með pöntunarnúmeri. Ekki senda kortaupplýsingar.

14 daga full endurgreiðsla — líka eftir niðurhal

NexoItec veitir öllum kaupendum rétt til að óska fullrar endurgreiðslu innan 14 almanaksdaga frá kaupum, án þess að tilgreina ástæðu. Niðurhal eða opnun pakkans fellir þetta loforð ekki niður. Þetta er viðbótarloforð NexoItec, óháð þeim ákvæðum Creem sem kunna að fjalla um afsal lögbundins afturköllunarréttar við stafræna afhendingu.

Sendu beiðni á hello@nexoitec.com með pöntunarnúmeri og netfanginu sem var notað við kaup. NexoItec samþykkir beiðni sem berst innan frestsins og kemur endurgreiðslunni í vinnslu hjá Creem; Creem annast fjárhagslega afgreiðslu. Við afgreiðum beiðnir án óþarfa tafar, eigi síðar en innan 14 daga frá móttöku. Bókun á korti getur tekið viðbótartíma hjá greiðsluveitanda. Ekki þarf að kaupa aðra vöru eða þiggja inneign. Lögbundin réttindi vegna galla og önnur ófrávíkjanleg réttindi haldast eftir frestinn.

Notkun og aðstoð

Þú mátt nota pakkann við eigin verkefni og viðskiptavinaverkefni og afhenda viðtakendum útflutt afhendingarskjöl. Þú heldur réttindum að eigin efni. Kaup flytja ekki höfundarrétt að ritlinum, sniðmátunum eða leiðbeiningunum og heimila ekki endursölu eða almenna dreifingu pakkans sjálfs. Eftir fulla endurgreiðslu hættirðu frekari notkun pakkans; eigið efni og þegar afhent viðskiptavinaskjöl haldast þín.

Aðstoð nær til niðurhals og innbyggðrar virkni. Sérsníðing, útfylling verkefna og ráðgjöf fylgja ekki. Hafðu samband ef vara er gölluð eða afhending bregst; við metum viðeigandi úrbætur, nýja afhendingu eða endurgreiðslu án þess að skerða lögbundin réttindi.

Gögn og skilmálar

Ritillinn hleður hvorki verkefnaefni né verkefnaskrám upp til NexoItec. Creem vinnur greiðslu- og pöntunarupplýsingar til að afgreiða kaup og afhendingu; NexoItec hefur aðgang að viðeigandi pöntunarupplýsingum vegna aðstoðar og endurgreiðslna. Product and providers

María Helgadóttir / NexoItec, Iceland, creates the kit and provides product support at hello@nexoitec.com. For purchases through Creem, Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Rotermanni 14, Tallinn 10111, Estonia) is the Merchant of Record and contractual reseller. Checkout and the customer portal are governed by Creem’s Buyer Terms. This page describes Handoff and NexoItec’s additional refund promise; it does not amend Creem’s terms.

Contents, price and compatibility

Handoff Kit v1.0 is an English-language ZIP containing seven files: an offline HTML editor, START-HERE instructions, an editable JSON example, an HTML recipient example and three PDF guides/worksheets. The price is USD 19, paid once, plus applicable taxes. Creem shows the final total before payment. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

The kit has been verified in desktop Chrome on macOS. Other browsers, operating systems and phone use have not been validated. No separate NexoItec account is needed to use the editor. This is a workflow tool, not a contract, bookkeeping system or file-hosting service.

Delivery and saving

After confirmed payment, Creem emails the receipt and order link to the buyer’s email address. Download the ZIP from that order, unzip it and open START-HERE.html. Use the editor’s save function to keep editable projects and maintain your own backups; automatic cloud storage is not included. If the email or download is missing, check spam and contact hello@nexoitec.com with your order number. Do not send card details.

Full 14-day refund — including after download

NexoItec offers every buyer a full refund on request within 14 calendar days of purchase, without giving a reason. Downloading or opening the kit does not remove this promise. This is NexoItec’s additional voluntary promise, independent of any provisions in Creem’s terms concerning waiver of a statutory withdrawal right for digital delivery.

Email hello@nexoitec.com with your order number and purchase email address. NexoItec approves requests received within the period and initiates the refund through Creem, which processes the payment refund. We process requests without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. No replacement purchase or store credit is required. Statutory remedies for defects and other mandatory rights remain available after this period.

Use and support

You may use the kit for your own and client projects and share exported recipient documents with their recipients. Your content remains yours. Buying the kit does not transfer copyright in the editor, templates or guides, or permit resale or public redistribution of the kit itself. After a full refund, stop further use of the kit; your own content and previously delivered client documents remain yours.

Support covers download access and included functions. Customisation, filling in projects and consulting are not included. Contact us about defects or failed delivery so we can arrange appropriate remedies, replacement delivery or a refund without limiting statutory rights.

Data and terms

The editor does not upload project content or project files to NexoItec. Creem processes payment and order information for checkout and delivery; NexoItec can access relevant order information for support and refunds. See NexoItec’s privacy policy and Creem’s privacy policy. These specific terms take precedence over general NexoItec product descriptions for Handoff. Later changes do not reduce the terms of existing purchases.
