Open the one-person concept →02 / THE OFFER
We start with what your business needs. Your fee, deliverables and delivery date are set out in a written proposal before work begins.
For one service, a new brand or a focused launch. One considered page that guides visitors towards a clear next step.
For businesses with services to explain, a story to tell and work to show. A consistent design that brings everything together.
Extras such as bookings, online stores, additional languages and ongoing care are scoped and priced separately. Required hosting and third-party costs are explained before you agree.
Already have a website? Explore the GEO review →03 / THE PROCESS
You do not need to know how to build a website. We work through the ideas, content and design in writing, with previews you can see and respond to.
A short brief: your business, your audience and what the website needs to do.
Price, pages, content, payment milestones, revisions and delivery are defined up front.
Review your design in a preview and share consolidated feedback within the agreed scope.
You approve the completed preview. After full payment, we publish the website and hand over the agreed files, access and instructions.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK
I’m a designer, artist and the founder of NexoItec in Iceland. I care about websites with a character of their own and about making them comfortable to use. You work directly with me on the design.

A FEW THINGS BEFORE WE BEGIN
No. The project can run through a written brief, design previews and feedback. You receive clear next steps at each stage.
That depends on the pages, content and functionality. You receive a fixed fee for the agreed scope before the project starts. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and requires your approval.
Custom websites: 30% before work starts and 70% after you approve the completed preview, before launch and final handover. Fixed-scope prepaid packages are paid in full before work starts. Larger projects may use agreed milestones. Your written proposal confirms the exact amounts, scope and payment dates.
Yes. Two consolidated revision rounds within scope are included unless your proposal states otherwise. Extra rounds or new requests receive a separate fixed quote with their scope and effect on timing. Work starts after written acceptance and the agreed payment. You can decline an extra and keep the original scope. We correct our own deviations from the agreed delivery at no extra charge; those corrections do not use up revision rounds.
You confirm the business facts and the rights to the content you provide. Help with writing, selecting images or creating new content is defined in the proposal. We also agree how future website updates will be handled.
The proposal defines handover guidance and support for the delivered work. New pages, content changes and ongoing operation or maintenance are separate paid work. Hosting, domains and third-party licences have their own terms.
Basic search and content-structure foundations are part of the agreed website build. A focused GEO review or further content work is a separate service. We do not promise rankings or recommendations from search engines or AI systems.
