These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all apps developed and published by NexoItec Studios. By downloading, installing, or using any NexoItec app, you agree to these Terms.

Þessir notendaskilmálar („Skilmálar") gilda um öll smáforrit þróuð og gefin út af NexoItec Studios. Með því að hala niður, setja upp eða nota NexoItec-smáforrit samþykkir þú þessa skilmála.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using a NexoItec App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Með því að nota NexoItec-smáforrit samþykkir þú að vera bundin/n af þessum skilmálum. Ef þú ert ekki sammála, þá notarðu ekki smáforritið. Við áskiljum okkur rétt til að uppfæra þessa skilmála hvenær sem er. Áframhaldandi notkun nú og eftir breytingar telst sem samþykki.

2. Description of Service

NexoItec Studios develops apps for neurodivergent minds and general wellbeing.

NexoItec þróar smáforrit fyrir taugaósamhverfa heila og almenna vellíðan.

Apps are available in various languages and we do our best to support as many as we can.

Smáforritin eru í boði á hinum ýmsu tungumálum og gerum við okkar besta til að þjóna þeim sem við getum með það.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Each App may offer free features plus paid features unlocked via in-app purchases. Subscription tiers and prices vary by App and are shown to the user at the point of purchase. Common purchase types include:

Hvert smáforrit getur boðið upp á ókeypis eiginleika auk greiddra eiginleika sem opnast með kaupum innan smáforritsins. Áskriftarþrep og verð eru breytileg eftir smáforriti og birtast notanda við kaup. Algengar tegundir kaupa eru:

• Auto-renewable subscriptions: monthly and annual options. These automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Free trial periods convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Non-consumable one-time purchases: lifetime unlocks or developer support tips.

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled in your Apple ID settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Allar greiðslur eru afgreiddar af Apple gegnum App Store. Áskriftum má stjórna og segja upp í Apple ID stillingunum þínum. Beiðnir um endurgreiðslu eru meðhöndlaðar af Apple á reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. AI Features

Some Apps include AI features powered by Google's Gemini models. AI responses provide general motivational, reflective, or planning suggestions and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. NexoItec is not responsible for actions taken based on AI responses.

Sum smáforrit innihalda AI-eiginleika sem keyra á Gemini-líkönum Google. AI-svör veita almennar hvatningar-, ígrundunar- eða skipulagstillögur og koma ekki í staðinn fyrir fagleg læknis-, sálfræði- eða meðferðarráð. NexoItec ber ekki ábyrgð á aðgerðum sem byggja á AI-svörum.

5. Music and Media Content

Apps that include music license tracks from the M.DóttirMusic label and other ambient sources exclusively for use within those Apps. You may not extract, redistribute, or use the music outside of the App.

Smáforrit sem innihalda tónlist hafa leyfi fyrir lögum frá útgáfunni M.DóttirMusic og öðrum umhverfistónlistarheimildum, eingöngu til notkunar innan þessara smáforrita. Þér er ekki heimilt að taka út, endurdreifa eða nota tónlistina utan smáforritsins.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the Apps (tasks, personal entries, journal notes, etc.). Where an App offers sharing features, you grant designated recipients access only to the specific content you choose to share.

Þú heldur eignarrétti á öllu efni sem þú býrð til í smáforritunum (verkefnum, persónulegum færslum, dagbókarnótum o.s.frv.). Þar sem smáforrit býður upp á deilingareiginleika veitir þú tilteknum viðtakendum aðgang aðeins að því efni sem þú velur að deila.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Apps
• Do not use the Apps for any unlawful purpose
• Do not attempt to access other users' data
• Do not use AI features to generate harmful or illegal content

• Ekki nota bakgreiningu (reverse engineering) eða afkóða (decompile) neinn hluta smáforritanna
• Ekki nota smáforritin í neinum ólöglegum tilgangi
• Ekki reyna að nálgast gögn annarra notenda
• Ekki nota AI-eiginleika til að búa til skaðlegt eða ólöglegt efni

8. Intellectual Property

All NexoItec Apps, including their design, code, themes, animations, and original content, are the intellectual property of NexoItec. Third-party content (such as M.DóttirMusic tracks) is the property of the respective rights holders and licensed exclusively to the relevant App. All rights reserved.

Öll NexoItec-smáforrit, þar með talin hönnun þeirra, kóði, þemu, hreyfimyndir og frumefni, eru hugverkaeign NexoItec. Efni þriðja aðila (eins og tónlist frá M.DóttirMusic) er eign viðeigandi rétthafa og veitt á einkaleyfi til viðkomandi smáforrits. Allur réttur áskilinn.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

NexoItec Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be error-free or uninterrupted.

NexoItec-smáforrit eru veitt „eins og þau eru" án nokkurrar ábyrgðar. Við ábyrgjumst hvorki að smáforritin séu villulaus né órofin.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexoItec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of any NexoItec App.

Að því hámarki sem lög heimila ber NexoItec ekki ábyrgð á óbeinum, tilfallandi eða afleiddum tjónum sem rísa af notkun þinni á NexoItec-smáforriti.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

Persónuvernd þín skiptir okkur máli. Vinsamlega kynntu þér persónuverndarstefnu okkar fyrir nánari upplýsingar um hvernig við meðhöndlum gögnin þín.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using any App at any time by deleting it.

Við áskiljum okkur rétt til að stöðva eða segja upp aðgangi ef þú brýtur þessa skilmála. Þú getur hætt að nota hvaða smáforrit sem er hvenær sem er með því að eyða því.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iceland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Reykjavík, Iceland.

Þessir skilmálar lúta íslenskum lögum. Ágreining skal leysa fyrir dómstólum í Reykjavík á Íslandi.
