How do I restore my premium purchase?
Go to Settings (gear icon) β Tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription will be restored automatically if you're signed in with the same Apple ID.
Can I use VibePlanner on multiple devices?
Yes! Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID. Sign in on any iPhone with the same Apple ID and restore your purchase.
How does Family Sharing work?
Premium users can create a household code in Settings. Family members enter the code on their device to share shopping lists and selected schedule items. Personal items like tasks, journal, and goals are never shared.
Is my data private?
Yes. We use anonymous authentication β no email, name, or personal info is collected. Journal photos stay on your device only. Read our full Privacy Policy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your iPhone Settings β Apple ID β Subscriptions β VibePlanner β Cancel. You'll keep premium access until the end of your current billing period.
What languages does VibePlanner support?
Icelandic (Γslenska) and English. You can switch anytime in the app settings.
The app seems frozen or slow. What should I do?
Try force-closing the app (swipe up from app switcher) and reopening it. If the issue persists, try restarting your iPhone. Still stuck? Contact us with your device model and we'll help.
